Once you have placed an order with Artisans & Adventurers we will do our utmost to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, will be sent the next working day.

We are posting out all orders from our Margate store daily. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most orders are being received by our customers within the usual time frames but we have been made aware of some delays from the post office.
